2024 Annual Dues

This is the 2024 Fiscal Year Assessments of Annual Dues Notice for the homeowners of Brices Crossing.

This year’s assessment is $147.00 and is due by January 31, 2024. These annual dues are used to pay for electricity, insurance, grounds keeping, and other costs associated with our community.

Dues not paid in full by January 31, 2024 are subject to late fees and potential legal fees in accordance with Article IV of the Restrictive Covenants and the North Carolina Planned Community Act. You will be held responsible for all additional costs associated with the collection of the Assessment. After May 1, 2024 collection will be turned over to our Attorney.
