Brices Crossing has 4 Covenants. Depending on the location of your property you are covered by one of four Covenants. These covenants are very similar to each other, with the biggest exceptions being Home size and Satellite Dish placement.

Our Bylaws were last amended on July 19, 2014 to reduce the Quorum requirement on Annual Meetings to 10%.
